At Scott & Fyfe, we take customer's ideas or problems from inception and using the following process: Design | Raw Material and Process Selection | Prototyping | Performance Measurement and Product Validation | Production with Associated Six -Sigma Quality This process includes tools such as measurement systems analysis, failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), error proofing, SPC charting, etc. We have and continue to develop both 2- and 3-dimensional fabrics for a variety of applications to suit end user requirements. Included with this is the ability to model fabrics prior and during evolution with our 3D computer facility. |
