Landmark Achievements
1960's

One of the first to identify the potential and produce Polypropylene tape fabrics.
1970's
 Pioneers of stitchbonding, and warpknit textiles. Launch of Textron rubber for underlay; now the world's favourite carpet underlay backing.
1980's
 Installation of tape and wide width extrusion coating equipment
1990's
 Became a dominant player in the supply of woven fabrics to the F.I.B.C. market and wide width stitchbonded loop fabrics to the abrasive manufacturing industry; acquired Flemings Industrial Fabrics to add composite fabrics to the range.
2000's
 The introduction of unique knitted fabrics in association with the Automotive Industry for Airbag solutions. Now being used by BMW and soon to be rolled out across their range.  - The launch of the Scott & Fyfe Global Partnership Programme
